Paul Urban
Paul Urban, PE - Project Manager Paul has been with the project since its inception in 1999. His experience spans the initial momentum of the project, which helped create the community coalition, and the subsequent process improvements which led to the formation of the Community Coalition, The Working Group. Flood Project Coordinating Committee, the Finance Subcommittee and the Technical Advisory Committee.
Prior to coming to work for the flood project, Paul was at the Department of Water Resources as their Flood Control Manager for 7 years, which included being project manager for the flood project. Paul is a professional civil engineer registered in 4 states and has over 25 years of experience in drainage and flood control projects.
