Robert Larkin
Robert Larkin, Washoe County Board of County Commissioners
Commissioner Larkin currently serves as the Washoe County Commissioner for District 4. This district covers the Sparks industrial zone, which were hard-hit in the New Year 's Day 1997 and New Year's Eve 2005 floods. District 4 extends to the east end of Sparks with its southern most borders following the north bank of the Truckee River. County Commissioner Larkin is familiar with the needs and direction of his district, serving on a number of boards and organizations, including:
